1. Bioruptor.

When using the Bioruptor (ultra sound sonicator), please make sure that
you know, how to use it!

The list at the door needs to be filled at any time you are using the
machine.

The column ‘water’ in the list needs only to be filled when the
whole water of the machine is replaced. This needs to be done earliest
after two weeks. Otherwise leave this column empty.

And most importantly, do not fill up the lower circulation machine to
maximum. This is a waste of expensive HPLC water. Slightly above the
minimum is sufficient!
